Rotational line Teiplast
“These pots are manufactured with rotational printing molding, a particular technique to create big and highly resistant plastic items. A thermoplastic resin, polyethylene powder, is placed inside aluminum molds. The latter, inside an oven, are heated and rotated by mechanical arms so that the melted material can be evenly distributed on the walls. Then, the mold is cooled down to allow the material to become solid. The production process ends with the manual extraction of the pot from the mold. Even if this production is industrial, it still requires human work; a production limited to a few set of ten each day so that we can have great items where human work is always present.”
All the rotational pots Teiplast are made of high quality polyethylene, a material which allows a perfect hold even in adverse weather conditions.
